The architecture itself of our building is based on New Orleans French style, which features ornate ironwork, large patios, balconies, and private courtyards. All the grounds are landscaped and lush with greenery to provide you with excellent scenery and an assurance of privacy.

For recreation purposes, you can swim in one of our two pristine pools.

We also carry all the necessities to make sure your life is convenient, comfortable, and clean. Our apartments are equipped with air conditioning, dishwashers, and oversized closets. Although there are washer/dryer connections, we also have laundry facilities onsite. If you need storage for your clothes, don’t worry–our apartments offer large and oversized closets as well!

All of our apartments are cable ready for your entertainment or business needs, with hookups available for TV, Internet, or both. We also have access to AT&T Fiber and Charter Spectrum. We understand that our world is increasingly wired–and that these are considerations that factor heavily in choosing an apartment–which is why we help you keep and maintain access.

Cahaba Heights is also home to the award-winning Vestavia schools–one for each stage of your children’s lives–including the Cahaba Heights Elementary School, Liberty Park Middle School, and Vestavia Hills High School. Each of these schools has tested extremely high. Also, Samford University is nearby, helping to provide the culture and professionalism that universities bring to cities and neighborhoods.

The town of Vestavia Hills has 18,701 residents, and is growing. The average income for the residents of the city rests around $120,000 a year, guaranteeing a professional and quiet population interested in maintaining their community.
